The other night I had a panic attack so bad that I cut worse than I have in months and I feel myself going into . I think I'm starting to go into a shut down mode again instead of an over possessive mode. I don't feel good at all. I can't sleep at night. I sleep about four hours per day and stay up all night. Idk how to reverse it because of my night terrors and panic attacks. Ugh.

we're all here for you!

(((((hugs)))))

if it makes you feel better, i've not even had 4 hours sleep in this entire week, so 4 hours a night is a success in my book.

Same for me in my more "hyperactive modes" I think once my psychiatrist adjusts my medication I might get some sleep but who knows. Hope you can catch up on some sleep soon!
