As part of my SSDI case, they mailed a copy of all my psych records. I read just two pages from the PES (psych emergency services) about me and it scared me. I remember those thoughts that they typed about but I feel scared for other people to know I think aliens are after me at the grocery store.

I can relate to not being okay with people knowing some things. When I met a new T recently, I told him that I thought he was in Walmart spying on me the night before. I later wished I could take that back.
