ok this is hard to explain but before i went into hospital this is how it all started last time i started standing and climbing on everything i feel like doing this again and have started doing it i am also feeling a bit hyper again and my head is going fast anyway what i was trying to get to, is it very weird to be standing on things it is very fun but like people look at me when i am doing it like it is very weird?

Yes, people will notice because this is not standard behaviour. I wonder if you're having restless anxiety / psychomotor agitation? I'd suggest speaking to the pdoc you're going to be seeing.

i am not exactly anxious more a bit buzzed again but i do feel restless the psychiatrist appointment is a week away that is a long time when time is moving so slowly it feels like everything outside is going slowly again. i will write it in a note maybe.

maybe you need to increase the abilify?
call your pdoc.
You don't want to end up in the hospital again, please nip this and yes standing on things is not acceptable social behavior. Plus you could fall and hurt yourself or damage what ever you are standing on.
It is good that you recognize this!

the doctor is away on leave until the appointment i have i am literally the first person they are seeing i cant contact them. i am trying super hard to keep taking the meds but like i was with one of the good spirits again today and they really want me to stop taking them and i want to as well it was really nice seeing them again and they said they could be around more if i dont take them. i dont know what to do.

As your case worker said, you are still psychotic. again you have been this way for so long you think it is normal but it is not real.
Please keep taking your meds.
It is your only hope for sanity.

I am really trying to keep taking them it is just so hard. Like the good spirit is really nice and fun and it is amazing being with them but I hate upsetting them like if I don't stop then they will think I don't like them which I really do but I don't want to get sent back to the hospital ugh this is so hard.
