I kept thinking that people were looking at me like I was crazy at work. I do tend to get excited over thing and can be intense, but I just can't shake off the feeling that people see me as crazy. I thought I saw my colleagues exchange glances. Am I being paranoid? Do any of you feel this way?

Yeah, I put on a theatrical personality at work to hide my mood problems, but sometimes I realize it gets a little over the top. It's weird because I actually joke about how crazy I am to hide the fact that I'm actually crazy. I don't know why I think that works. But no one ever asks if I'm okay, so there you go.

Use to happen to me often at work. Still happens outside work and mostly it's when I'm on an upswing and paranoia sets in. I have no idea if I imagine it, or it really is happening. There is a saying, "what other people think of me is none of my business". I internally chant this when I get too caught up in analyzing people's reaction to me. (((Hugs)))

Believe me, most people are too worried about what everybody else thinks of them to actually think too much about other people.
