Ok... I don't see the p-doc til the 24th. I've just about eliminated caffeine... last time I saw her, my Seroquel got upped to 200 at bedtime, 25 along with my Celexa because I was getting panic attacks. Heck, I've been having them since I was still in partial hospitalization program. Been dredging up a lot of b.s. from the past that I just as soon leave way back with my T. I'm scatterbrained as all get out. My ADD fell by the wayside while I tried to get the bipolar under control, but it is being brought to the fore as I try to find ANOTHER job. The Seroquel used to make me fall asleep... now, I'm up for a good 5 hours after I take it... I'm getting about 6 hours of sleep if I'm lucky. I'm going to pull my hair out soon. Help?

Goofygirl Hello. I would have a talk with your therapist and Psych Dr about the fact that you can not stay awake on your medication especially if you are trying to find a job. Your Dr can adjust your meds accordingly to hopefully help you to sleep better and stay awake more often. I hope the best for you Goofygirl. Soidhonia

I agree...also my T and I have been talking about sleep lately...he has a theory about intervals of 3 hours...so either 6 or 9...depending if you normally need a little or a lot...

Haven't had a chance to try it yet...thought it was interesting...
