My boyfriend hadn't texted me much today and I instantly thought he was cheating. I have felt very hypomanic these past few days so the depression hit very hard. I was convinced he was cheating, accused him of it over the phone while crying. I got in such a state I self harmed a lot. I feel so drained. I'm so sick of this, I don't even know if my thoughts are real anymore.

He wasn't very supportive though. I mean, he laughs when I accuse him of cheating. He doesn't take things very seriously. I don't think he realises how ill I've become. I'm so alone.

Do you have a therapist and pdoc? Do they know about the self-harm and other issues? Please stay safe and take care of yourself. HUGS!!

Do you have someone that can come be with you....a friend? When I feel low it helps me to talk to my best friend. I'm not sure if you have one. I try to use mine when it's really bad.
