After a long hiatus I went to church choir. My 15 year old son is new to it and my ex husband is in it too. In fact he drove us to rehearsal. It was a good rehearsal. I can't sing very high anymore so I sang in the alto section. They had worked on these pieces for 3 weeks and here I was (with my fellow alto) sight-reading. There were people I recognized and those I didn't. The snack at the break was brie and grapes. Yum! The pieces we sang were renaissance period- my favorite. So juicy.

So now my daughter is dragging her feet about coming home from her boyfriend's. I want to go to bed after that workout!

Congrats on getting out and having a good time. I bet the singing was beautiful. Enjoy the rest of your evening.
