it is possible to have things like hearing stuff and thinking certain things that others dont believe when you are depressed and it still be bipolar or does that mean it is something else cause when i am sad all the bad spirits come out and i get scared of people but when i am really happy and hyper all the good spirits come out and i feel invincible and amazing and like i can fly and i am not scared cause i think i can do anything. but everything seems to change with my mood if that makes sense.

I think that can be bipolar. Hallucinations and delusions could be a part of depression or mania.
