I'm 23 and just about to get my license (hopefully), The next step is a job. I've never had one before.

My question is how do you keep track of your meds? I have certain times to take my meds that I can't miss. Do I just stop what I'm doing and take them? Would they allow that?

A lot a jobs will let you take medication during the day. It depends what kind of job, I guess. All my meds I take either before I leave for work or in the evening when I am home. Maybe you can time med doses to land during breaks/lunch if needed during the day?

Just go to the restroom and stop for a drink at the water cooler or whatever.

Yes. I don't have BP but have managed several people who are. They use their phones to remind them to take their meds and they can do that whenever they need to. I'm fine with that and happy to work with them. No one gives them a hard time and only I and HR know about their BP, it's no one else's business.
