I have been feeling better this past week or so, and it has me feeling something I haven't felt in I-don't-know-how-long. Maybe hopeful isn't quite it - it's more like cautiously optimistic. For years, my husband and I have gone round and round about me not having anything particular in my life that makes me happy. I don't do really anything outside of what has to get done to make the family work and one outside activity that is also essentially family-based.
In the past couple of days, I've really started thinking about how to find something that makes me feel fulfilled and happy to do. While I don't know what it is yet, for the first time I'm...cautiously optimistic...that I will find something. It feels good. ![]() |

don't force it ... just let yourself experience many avenues ... try your finger in lots of things ... you will know when it's right ... just don't try to do too much at once ... finding your "bliss" which is what this is can change your life and totally change how you approach the world .... good luck on your journey ....

I hope you find it. I just went back to church choir and I feel part of me has been put back in.
