I'm on 200mg of seroquel. My pdoc said it would make me feel sedated and sleepy. This is my 5th day taking it and I haven't felt that way at all. Do I have a higher tolerance for it or something? Is it normal?

You actually might be more sensitive to it--it's taking less seroquel for you to get the more neutral reaction. Lower doses are supposed to be more sedating, and doses above 300mg are usually less sedating because it works differently on the brain at higher concentrations. I take 200mg in the morning and that used to make me tired, and I take 400mg at night. That higher evening dose has never made me tired.
