What is your medication regimen like? For example...

I only take my meds twice a day: once in the morning and once at night. I take some in the morning because some of them are very activating for me (and I can't sleep on activating meds).

I take all my non-BP meds at night, but it doesn't really matter when I take them. Though my BP meds do matter when I take them.

I'm lucky. I get an injection once a month. Then I put a patch on every other day. I haven't had to take pills in almost a year. Unfortunately now I need to take a pill to counteract a side effect of the injection. I just started three days ago and it's hard to remember!

I take all my Bipolar medication at night, even some are twice a day. I just double them up even though I am not supposed to. I think I stopped caring to be honest. Sometimes I take my Thyroid medication in the morning when I remember.

I take 200 mg Wellbutrin, 10 mg Lexapro in the morning. Lamictal was making me super tired, so I take 250 mg Lamictal, 100 mg of Wellbutrin at night. Then, last but not least, 1 mg Xanax and 50 mg Trazadone to sleep.

Whew! Add these to my supplements (Zinc, fish oil, glucosamine and chondroitin, B-12 and a multi. I honestly think I take more pills at 45 yo than my grandparents did when they were in their 80s. Sheesh.

Aren't you glad you asked? 😀
