When I started taking nascent iodine, I noticed I was hungrier so I suppose supplements can affect your appetite. I think the reason the iodine affected mine is because of the impact on my thyroid. I can't recall if I was hungrier when I started the lithium orotate.

With the SI, I know nothing about it, but being that it's triggered by various emotions and feelings, I wonder if your brain is low on various neurotransmitters. Have you gone through this brain function questionnaire yet? If not, check it out. Like I said, I have no clue if this might help, but it's worth a few minutes of your time.

ElsaMars and LucyG,
I am feeling much better because I got some sleep. It helped that I did not start reading posts when I woke up at midnight. You are both good friends and have helped me a lot. I am going to visit PC much less, it sometimes gets me "worked up" (which is ridiculous but I have a problem I guess).
You are both the wonderful people, hope Thanksgiving time is great for you both! Myst
