The one night I take my sleep meds early all hell breaks loose at the hospital. There was yelling and screaming. Then once that settled down there were people outside my room talking until 12:30. I have a history of waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fallback asleep. I could take a Benadryl but the dr thinks that is what made me so tired yesterday. This all sucks because I am so close to going home but my mood has to be good and stable the next couple of days.
I really hope this doesn't mess things up for me. |

Ughhh that sucks that all hell broke loose.
I think in the long run so long as you get enough rest overall, you should be okay. You'll have some disruptions due to being in a hospital but hopefully it will all even itself out. |
