so one of my friends is in hospital another is having a lot of problems with drugs my mum was crying to me today because she may only have 9 years left to live because of the medication she is on for a number of chronic physical health conditions and she is only 45 btw. i have no one to talk to and i am getting really stressed i have literally be fixing everyone else's problems all week and i am getting stressed literally everyone always comes to me when they have a problem but then no one is available when i need to talk i dont even know how to feel.

not to mention if my mum does only live that long then everything is going to go to **** with my dad who already drinks too much and his liver is damaged from drinking but that will get worse and then i will have to deal with that and then ugh everything is falling apart

You have us to talk to. If you need someone to have a conversation with, I'm here is you want to chat. I understand others coming to you. I hear a lot from my friends and family. But not too much. Still, it is an honor that others trust you enough to talk to you. But sometimes you do have to distance yourself from people that cause you too much grief. Sometimes it's not healthy fro you and you have to take care of yourself. I know that's easier said than done, but you can always try. Hugs

thanks i am trying and the only other friends i have are all bust doing exams and dont understand really anyway plus i dont want to worry them. everything is just a mess

ugh i want to scream i dont even know how to feel other than i want to go outside into the bush i feel like i need to i cant explain it i feel like i am going to explode i just feel really irritable and i dont even know i am stressed and all this stuff going on isnt helping
