i am feeling very unsettled i have not been able to sit still all day it is not exactly a bad feeling just that i feel like i need to be doing things and i dont feel like things are moving fast enough anyway what are some good natural ways to get more settled?

Get out and exercise, go for a brisk walk if you feel safe doing that.

I take a warm bath with scented epsom salt in candle lit bathroom ....lay down in a dark room with an audiobook playing low in the background. Listen to some soothing music or some guided meditation on YouTube.
