One thing at a time. Maybe write a to-do list and plan which order you'll complete tasks. Crossing out things you've done feels good!

Concentrate on putting one foot in front of the other. You will be okay, you will find a way to cope.

I second the to-do list !

One breath at a time. Turn off everything else. Focus on the breath

I just went through this myself...you just have to keep one foot in front of the other, keep moving. That should at least get you through one day at a time. You can do this!

Prozac 40 mg
lamictal 200 mg bid
seroquel 200 mg
alprazolam 1 mg tid
