Just got an email about a livestream for a grand rounds on bipolar which is being held at OHSU in Portland,OR tomorrow, Tuesday, 10/25 at 3 pm EST/noon PST. Will probably be archived if you can't make it live. Here's the info:

"Bipolar Disorder: Best Practices in Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment"

Julie Anderson, M.D. - Psychiatrist, VA Portland Health Care System; Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry, OHSU

Learning Objectives:

Compare two screening tools for bipolar disorder: the Mood Disorders Questionnaire and CIDI Bipolar Screening Tool.
Examine evidence supporting various pharmacologic treatments in each stage of bipolar disorder.
Differentiate evidence for efficacy of medications for bipolar disorder based on type of mood episode being treated or prevented.
