We have a church choir concert Sunday evening. OMG. I have to get Noah's clothes together. He can't find a black shirt. Kids! I did practice my part of the trio, though. Its just three of us- two pages. I'll work on it more tomorrow. I felt so stupid yesterday messing it up! I thought she had given it away to someone else, honestly! So glad she didn't.

I'm on this new diet, too. Basically, its Atkins- veggies and meats. My sister is doing it with me. My friend took me out to eat twice today so yay! I'm not going to starve to death anymore like the last month since we got our foodstamps turned back on. Once I get my disability that will change, but for now I'm glad I can feed my KIDS! I hated having to tell them there was nothing I could do to feed them.

I updated my latest blog post. I kept thinking of things I could add or change. Made me realize that my bp didn't just start at age 33. Its been there for a lot longer. Maybe even since childhood, but I don't have many memories that I can say "Yes that is a bipolar thing" before the teen years. Realizing some of these other things from my younger years were actually from my bipolar feels good. Its like "Oh, so THAT'S why...."

I'm home enjoying tv doing laundry. Guess my meds are working, huh?

I'm so glad you got some food! That must be so relieving for you.

I'm so happy you are being fed and your kids too. I can only imagine what a relief that must be. The diet sounds yummy and I hope it gives you your desired results.
Thanks for this!
