I am slipping back into depression the last few weeks because of stressors and the change of season. I think. Talked to my therapist about it but still don't know what to do. Suggestions?

Go for a walk get fresh air exercise. All those raises moods. I know it's tough because when I'm depressed I don't do any. But gotta fight it.

Talk to your therapist and/or pdoc about trying light therapy during the dark months. It's free (after you buy a light box), convenient and often very helpful. The only danger is it can throw some people into hypo/mania, but it doesn't happen very often. I bought one called HappyLight from the Verilux company and started using it a couple of weeks ago, and my mood is already improving even though I wasn't terribly depressed when I started.
