I am very manic. I felt completely panicked and out of sorts all morning and early afternoon. I started chopping veggies for the veggie soup coming up for dinner then sat down to get on here. My stomach is shouting for me to get up and build a ****ing house but my racing mind is focused. Anyone have a similar experience?

I just went through a nice bout of mania earlier this month. Sounds kind of familiar.
