how ever do you doubt your helusinations, that actually they arn't helusinations at all- and actually happened?

this happened to me only yesterday.

still trying to work out if the person speaking to me was a helusination or an actual person

1 of the weirdest things

Nearly everyday I will wonder if something was real or imagined. I don't trust my instincts right now.

I was out on my back porch a few weeks back, and a teenage girl riding a childs bicycle rode through the yard to the back fence, threw the bike over and climbed through where the boards are missing. She yelled that there wasn't much of an alley back there. I yelled back, nope not really. My neighbor popped his head over the fence and asked, not really what? I just said I was talking to someone in my house. I really don't know if she was real or not, but I usually do know the difference between reality and hallucination as I've responded to enough unreal things over the years that were not there.

I regularly ponder the fine line of whether what I see or hear is a hallucination or whether it is somehow paranormal connected. I have always thought that mental illness and psychic ability are somehow intertwined with a fine line. What if what we see or hear is actually real but just on another plane, and doctors just diagnose us with a disorder just because the supernatural cannot be "scientifically proven". I am a religious man so my opinion is a bit biased, but I do regularly question and put some thought into whether what happens is somehow real.

I'm not religious but I have the same thoughts. Like perhaps we pick up on the cellular connection we have with our "other selves" from an alternate reality. I too question if I am psychic instead of pycho. Anyone else question this stuff? When I am manic I do think God is communicating directly to me and guiding me on a specific path. Feel that way now but not usually. If I could only tell you the amount of supernatural things that are going on right now you wouldn't believe it. Every thread I open is something I have first hand information on or have researched thoroughly....it's far more than coincidence I fear. Such highly unexplainable things.

This happens to me too.

I'll try to remember something that happened a short while back, but then I can't remember if it truly happened or not. The place will be familiar, the people usually are familiar, and the situation is something that could actually happen in real life.

^this.

Also. I always doubt what I see. I am not paranoid, but more along that kind of mania.

I have such vivid dreams sometimes that I honestly question later if certain conversation or events happened. Scary actually..
