Do you experience sleep that is better, worse, or neutral while on Lamictal?

Lamictal has no effect whatsoever on my sleep. I know for some people, though, it can be activating.
Thanks for this!

Totally neutral.

It was slightly activating at first, but that effect wore off within a few days or a week
Thanks for this!

200mg is my sweet spot, anything more (been up to 400) gives me insomnia.

When I was taking 200mg it was sleep neutral. When it was increased to 400 mg my doctor told me to take it at night (I had been taking it in the morning) because it can be sedating. I'm not sure if that's the case for me or not as I take other sedating meds.
Thanks for this!

I was sleeping fine on 25 mg (taken in the AM) but became overly activated on 50 mg and could not fall asleep without taking almost ALL of my sleep PRN's. Looks like 25mg is the dose for me. Has it been SO dose-dependent for anyone?
