Crap I hate sleeping less ..... grrrrrrrr

Last few weeks I've been completely oversleeping.

I mean my sleep could be a hell of a lot worse but still it's usually one of my first signs.

Anyhow - what's everyone's bed time around here?

I'm usually in bed 9:30/10:00. Yes. Call me a nerd

Midnight is my cutoff. It's currently 4:19pm and I've yet to sleep and worry it won't come. My stomach is gurgling and hurting so bad....I'm sweating from the pain and sickness of it all and not sure I will be able to sleep. I may need to cancel an early morning appoitment I have or pull an all nighter but with my stomach, canceling seems more likely.

I try to turn my light out by 10:30 on weekdays but sometimes I don't fall asleep until 11:30. But if I take valerian root and melatonin together I'm usually out within 15 minutes of turning my light out.
