A new autobiography about Bruce Springsteen is out. I have only read a review which cites his long term battle w depression. His wife is also mentioned as having a similar challenge. This is so great for the fight against prejudice and misunderstanding about depression.

I love Bruce. I'll definitely be on the lookout for the book.

I enjoy biographies of the lives of musicians. It's interesting to know he battles depression...goes to show that money and fame do not make you immune. Thanks for sharing.

How on earth did he function, perform and write, while depressed? It must have been a real battle. Many musos have mental illnesses.
