I voted last month via absentee ballot. Much easier than standing around large groups of people.

Thanks for this thread, bizi!

I have voted by absentee ballot, a few days ago.

I am anxious to see the outcome of the national election.
Also interested in state elections.

Plan to go around 1pm, hopefully the line won't be too long. Mums 88 and standing in line is hard on her....but she wouldn't vote early or by absentee ballots.

I agree may whoever wins do so by a landslide so there's no litigation going on forever.

I put in my ballot yesterday.

We have 100% voting by mail, which I think is great. There are also drop boxes at various locations, so you don't have to deal with the post office (or if you just want to save a stamp) and be sure it is there in time. So I stopped by the library, dropped off some dvds, picked up a hold and voted (dropped already completed ballot into box). All in one stop, no lines, no waiting.

I would go voting, but my grandma with dementia is being extremely combative today. She's too difficult to handle. We can't bring her out with us, nor can we leave her home by herself. So I'm probably not going to vote

Just finished filling out my ballot and will wash my face and drop it off in about 30 minutes. I'm so excited and nervous. I haven't been this nervous about an election in a long time. I'm even scared of riots at the polls...I should have filled out and mailed my ballet earlier. I was just too sick the past few weeks but next time I'm staying ahead of the game.

Will vote later this evening after therapy. I am usually nervous about these things so I wait for my mom and sister to go with me and we all vote together. I think it's easy going with people you trust to these things, at least you have someone to talk to while waiting in line!

All done. Was a painless process, no line so it went fast.

Well there wasn't a line, so I was in and out.

This election has been causing me bad anxiety to where I can't sleep or focus on other things. I doubt I'm alone. I guess we will have a winner soon...
