I am having one of those days where I am just simply posting and private messaging way to many intimate details in my life.

Do any of you at this forum think that highly undisciplined posting is a bipolar trait?

Or maybe I am just feeling a little lonely this morning? Irregardless, it sort of makes me feel "not quite right" as usual.

It can be. Are you in a episode ? Or maybe heading that way ?

I would say if your asking the questions than likely you are. Only you can stop the over sharing.

PC is a great place to find support.

I'm sure we've all done it.

I know I get days where I have to respond to every thread in great detail, even if I have nothing to say about it.

that's weird

I know I post more when I have something in the back of my mind that is bothering me but for some reason I can't just come out and say it.

I'm either so quiet it's a clinical symptom or so talkative it's a clinical symptom. I try not to beat myself up for it or look at it through a judgemental lense because judging myself harshly rarely leads to anything good.

Sorry you are feeling like you are oversharing. (((Hugs)))

I usually over message and over share when manic or hypo.
When I'm trying to just interact with people I never usually talk to I realize I may need a break from my phone and use this energy for something else.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
