I have been all doom and gloom since you-know-who has risen to power. (Ha, I actually think I am gonna call him you-know-who from now on). It coincided with finding out some of my "friends" are nasty backstabbers whom are willing to get my into great trouble over wounded egos.

And **** seemed sorta bleak in my own part of world.

But recently good things happened. People taking the Freedom day to show up in streets to show freedom still matters. (And I personally made bit of show HA!). Meeting few people who appreciate what I and others do.

So maybe it will be okay. World will not end. Maybe even we will learn from the hard times and survive them without much scars on the soul.

I am thrusting myself again into humanitarian things. No more trying to explain myself to others. No more fluffing around things. Others need me strong and charming.

You are strong and charming but you can be vulnerable when you feel that way too.

It might be okay and it might not. We do learn lessons. We learn Who we can count on....who cares and who will listen. Who will silence us and cheer. These are valuable insights into our unique world.

Stick by the people who allow you to be unapologetically you and keep up the good fight.

We gain more joy from life when we live it with purpose, or live it "on purpose."
Living life with purpose requires courage, as it often means being vulnerable, "sticking one's neck out," and standing up to be counted when it may well be the unpopular thing to do.
