Headed out to my Dad's annual drinking party and I don't drink. All my cousins and family will be there. Hope I don't get triggered. Sometimes the smell of liquor gets to me more than the sight of it. But I'm in a good place, I'm not craving it. I'm going to arrive late and leave early and take my own car. Wish me luck!

Be careful and hightail it out of there if you start to get triggered. Your sobriety is most important! Have fun!
