I ended therapy in November and I thought I was in a good place to do that, now fighting depression again and not so sure.
What's your number 1 coping skill?

Picking the skin off my fingers. I'm constantly wearing bandaids lately. And wearing 2-3 bandaids at once looks silly.

Do you use essential oils? What one is your favorite for calming?

4/5th of a cup of strong black percolated coffee topped up with 1/5th milk. Pretty standard coffee but I am a bit of a snob when it comes to the coffee. I much prefer freshly ground beans of an excellent blend over instant coffee.

Do you like the sound and smell of rain?

Yes! Rain is lovely, unless I'm in a crabby mood.

What is your favorite meal? Be specific.

what was the last thing you purchased

What's the best birthday gift you have ever received?

A plane ticket to Texas to visit family.

If you have children, how old are they?

For my 18th Birthday my boyfriend of around two years gave me a male wallet that his grandmother gave him and he didn't like. He then took me to the casino, won over $100, and shouted me to lunch at McDonalds! What a douchebag. We broke up soon after that.

What was the last song you listened to?

Cleaned my house. Now I'm watching Finding Dory if my mom's dogs shut up long enough that we can hear it.

What is the symptom you are most aware of right now?

My work. Back when I could do it.

Do you avoid strong feelings out of fear of becoming suicidal?

Yes, I fear it every day. Scares me so much. Attempted many times before so it is a real danger.

Are you comfortable with your own company?

Very much.

Do you have nightmares when your mood is either high or low?
