my focus is actually really bad.

I think what probably helps me most is being on my own with no disruptions (that includes from the outside, so window shut)

1 sign of a disruption, and I will just never get it finished..

question:

do you feel you have lived your life up to your own expectations, or do you feel you've let yourself down.

I feel like I have not lived up to my potential.

Q. How often do you eat out/take out?

I takeout about 3 or 4 times a weekk.

I should probably cut down on that (and cook more fresh home meals), but i've said that before- it just does not work for me.

addicted to pizzas and chinese, you see (or something)

question: what is your goal/ goals for the upcomingm onth?

To get out of hospital and make a full recovery.

What is your longest IP stay?

Note: I am starting a new thread for this topic. I'll answer the question on it.

Never had a *bad* psych drug experience. Lucky me! Part of the majority who don't have side effects. Trouble was I was being treated for MDD and the antidepressants provoked hyper/hypomanic episodes.
Best drug ever? Lithium, and I wish I was back on it.

question:

if you could somehow come up with your own side affect for a drug, what would you want the side affect to be?
