So today I cooked a complete thanksgiving dinner, cleaned up the mess and did it all without major anxiety and I'm not feeling depressed. I've been feeling good for going on three weeks now....could it be that I've finally got the right med combo down now. Is this really happening? Just throwing out a positive post today. HUGS to everyone!!

I too have been stable for a few weeks now. It will take a few months or up to a year to really know if I m stable. So far I haven't had to take any prns either. I have been taking memantine hcl off label along with my seroquel n I m doing well on it when nothing else has really worked. I m a rapid cycler but will see as time goes by.
