So I have my T appt today (and my pdoc Monday) I have a ride today thank goodness. I wrote down everything that has happened. The hallucinations, paranoia, SI, self harm. (I don't remember anything else, help?)I'm so nervous I feel like I'm going to throw up. Wish me luck.
