So I have my pdoc appointment tomorrow. Should I write a completely new note or should I give him the one I gave my T? I don't know what to expect. I've never been so honest before. The thought of IP scares me to death but I know it's probably what's best. If I don't get IP I'll be shocked. But maybe I'll get a great new med...hopefully. Sigh

Just give him the note you gave T. It should do it. Plus your T already talked to him so it'll all work out. You'll be ok.

Thanks guys.
 I'll post about it as soon as I can. If I have to go to IP I'll post as much as quick as I can. The hospital it really really close to my pdocs office. (He hasn't completed his switching offices yet)

Try to relax. It will all be okay.
 It's quite possible you will be treated outpatient or intensive outpatient. If you have been safe at home despite some ongoing issues, the pdoc may try to keep you out of the hospital for now. Make sure to tell him what you feel you need. If you feel you need inpatient care, please clearly tell him this. WC |
