It's hibernation time but I'm supposed to stay awake. And I don't trust the doctors. Is there any "point" in even reaching out? (I've been told talking treatments don't help. Do they really expect me to believe this? (And other lies I won't repeat grrr) )
(I'm in the uk )

Hi FuzzyBear,

You've been on my mind.

I have found my pdoc (he is also my therapist) very helpful. Our sessions make the difference for me. I feel a little "lost" when he is away on vacation.

It is hibernation weather.
It's getting cold here, with snow.

You are loved!

Talking, explaining, helps if the person you talk to helps you to better understand and explain. If that person doesn't it may cause more confusion and feelings of not being understood, being inadequate and helpless.
