After two Major depressive episode and one hospitalization, I am proud to say that I am going back to work! I have had the worst past 3ish months. I had two depressive episodes one about 1 1/2 months long with a brief 2 week manic episode in-between with massive paranoia. Followed by another 2 week depression.
I have felt normal the past 3 days a I hope it stays that way wish me luck please.

I wish you luck! I've done the whole take off from work for a few months thing a couple of times. I was always welcomed back with open arms but I did have really supportive bosses. I hope it goes well for you!

Going back to work after being so unwell is scary at first but I am sure you will settle in well. Good luck!
