I took my youngest to get a much-needed hair cut at the mall today. The hair dresser was finishing up with someone when we got there. As the person walked closer to me I noticed it was my Pdoc! I just waved and she mumbled hi and that was it. What else would we have to say?

They are not allowed to really connect with you as it can give your condition away to others. I suppose if you waved she could have come over to talk but I'm sure some just want to keep it professional perhaps? Who knows, can't read other people's minds. But it sounds like you kinda got a kick out of seeing him and that's nice!

I like our professional relationship. Wouldn't want to ruin that. I'd be crushed if next time I saw her she said she couldn't see me any more
