I don't know why... I just am. Feel like my friends don't want to talk to me. Can't talk to my parents or sister about certain things. Feel like I have loads to say but I probably don't. Or if I do its complete and utter nonsense.

Do other people get like this?

Yeah I get like that. I always feel needy or like a burden even if I don't talk to people. Generally feel like no one wants to talk to me anyways.

Sorry you feel that way. I know how much it sucks.
Thanks for this!

Yes, I do. I have some family members and friends who care, but I think I have too much to say that needs too much sorting for them to be willing and able to truly engage for long enough at a time to actually see it on through. I do not find fault with them for that, but it would sure be nice to occasionally have conversations that do not get interrupted by whatever else.

Like I want to talk about seeing the Psychologist on Tuesday but one girl I speak to is all about her when we talk, my other friends didn't get back to me. Just feel a little left out. Seeing a Psychologist was such a biggie for me I mean I saw a Psychologist for goodness sake. I had to talk about things that are still upsetting etc. I just want someone to listen I guess

YES, I get like this too sometimes, especially when depressed (but not always).

Sorry you're feeling left out. That feeling is no fun.
