I am severly manic right now. My husband tried to get my pdoc but she was on vacation. So was my T. I could not go to my case worker appointment due to a tornado warning. Yikes. I don't know if I can go like this for a week. I called help line and they told me to go to the ER. I won't go. I don't feel like hurting myself. They will just admit me for a week and drug me into a zombie state. I know all that I need is benedryl, ativan, and haldol for a few days. This combo brings me down without crashing. No Pdoc available though. Any coping stratagies to get me until next week will be greatly appreciated.

I agree with Onyx....go to any doctor.....even a walk in if you have to.....your pdoc should have an emergency replacement., try that ....dont wait.
Good luck.
