The best I can come up with is uncomfortable. And it is all the time. At work and at home. Alone or around others. My only relief is sleep. What is this feeling I am experiencing? I have never had this before. It is like I am uncomfortable in my own skin. It is really driving me crazy and driving up my suicidality. I just have so much going on that there are too many moving parts. Klonopin used to help take the edge off but not anymore.

Please does anyone have any suggestions or advice? I can't keep living like this.

Outside of meds and other than sleep, the only thing that helps me when its bad is walking/running.

Have you described this to your family doctor or pdoc? Maybe they can provide some relief. Best wishes.

Is is depression and anxiety, I have felt this way...where you want to crawl out of your own skin, it's miserable. Usually I take an extra anxiety pill and sleep...terrible advise but my coping skills suck. Just know your not alone and it will pass. Talk to your p doc....sending hugs

Have a double appt with my pdoc in 2 hours. I am so lucky to have him. His receptionist is awesome if you are on her good side. That is how I ended up with this appt on short notice. Can't believe it is a double one too. Maybe we can figure some of this out.

Did you start a new med? Could be akathisia.

Started Latuda a while back but you are right he thinks it is akathisia. Now to cut back on the latuda. Just hope the depressive symptoms don't come back.

I've been cutting back on Latuda as well because of the akathisia. I can always tell because 1-2 hours after I take it I'm restless and jumpy. On 20mg today and I seem to be doing better.
