I know the feeling, I'm usually up to 4am and I take 300mg of Serequel between 6 and 8pm. I also take 3 25mg serequel during the day. When I go to bed, I also get mind racing too. I put on some pop music and have it on low volume to help get to sleep, helps me a little and maybe if you try it, you might find it helps you too a little or not, just give it a try. If the serequel does help you then I would take it, I only take serequel because I formed an addiction to it, but it has no affect on me on trying to help me get to sleep.

I don't to take the crappy seroquel either, tired of being a zomble in the a.m. I am thinking about not taking it anymore. Hope you feel better soon.

I hate the Seroquel too...especially when I get up in the middle of the night and have no idea where I am or what I am doing. I only take it when absolutely necessary.
