My therapist and I had a good session. We had hot chocolate and cookies during session. I brought German spice cookies and she got the drinks. We chatted and processed my week then she gave me anchristmas gift. Shea infused socks and some aromatherapy lotion. I gave her a pretty card.

Wow! Those are nice gifts!
Mine sometimes shares what has been given to her by other patients, any food. She's on a diet, I'm not.

Our memories are more or less split in two by abstractions, conceptual reductions. Mood states with memories, concepts, attached. Memories of pain and those of joy. I just gave her a card, but I also have the office staff one. And I provided our cookie snack. We were having a low stress session because yesterday is associated with a bad memory: when police came to my house last year when I was very Suicidal. It was just so I could decompress and have a chance to relax.

I gave my old t a book I wrote that had been published in a small editorial. Wanted to say thank you. I sometimes feel we need them so much and they help so much, they should know we appreciate their work even though it is not a personal relationship obviously, but professional.
