Believing that we are all psychically connected. Believing that I am more aware of this connection and can sometimes manipulate it. Believing that I am effecting my grandchildren negatively with my mental deformity (in my brain that causes this and I am 'giving' mental health problems to them this way).

I really want to stop having psychic thoughts and feelings today because I have to go to their house tonight and act like a normie.

You will do fine. Listen to music.
Give yourself a pedicure.
Keep your head clear. They'll be happy to see you. Have fun.

we are all connected, to each other, biologically, to the earth, chemically, to the rest of the universe, atomically. and free will allows us to manipulate that to some degree. and MI's are genetic too so that does have some effect on your offspring, and theirs, and theirs, etc. not just from the genes but from what they see and learn from you too.
