I AM happy and in a pretty good mood but dealing with overwhelming anxiety tonight. I feel sick with it.

Geesh I panicked all through Walmart. I'm home and have in and took Ativan. I'm overwhelmed and want nothing more than to shut down completely
But I can't

Walmart does that to me even on good days!
I tried Walmart online and loved it. No driving. No shopping cart. No people. Just pick out everything you need. They go find it at Walmart and pack in big boxes. Nice zip lock bags around some things too. Then it shows up on your porch. Sweet!

It wasn't Walmart. I have so much going on and stress. I cited myself to sleep.

I'm still having crying spells. I just wanna lay in bed and I
Hide from the world so I am. Im nothing to DBT today because I can't stop crying long enough. Why is it so hard To get treatment for mental health? It's a privilege to get it. I sure hate everything . I'm feeling very depressed the last few Days but more so today and I can't afford to see my psychiatrist.

Things just keep getting worse. I don't qualify for extra help on my meds next year. Which means my Latuda is at least $45 a month and I can barely afford my meds now as it is.
Idk what I'm going to do. Latuda helps me so much. I JUST found out today and so il have a months worth and I'll have to stop it. Idk what I'm going to do

"Blah" pretty much sums up how I've been feeling lately. I've been having crying spells lately out of nowhere, no motivation, can't find interest in anything, and just feel depressed and anxious overall. I hate having that fear of things continuing to get worse. I really feel for you. I wonder if there's a pdoc that offers free samples for Latuda that you can go to? My pdoc actually has been wanting to try Latuda for me, but I ran into the problem where it isn't an option because of the money. However, there are pdocs out there who do get lots of samples. I hope you and your pdoc work towards a solution around this barrier and most importantly, that you feel better soon. Take care of yourself.

I finally got ahold of his PA and she's gonna save samples for me to get an extra three weeks of meds. Bc I have Medicare it's iffy but she is gonna try to get me help from the drug company's. She's getting the paperwork ready for me to come fill out my portion.
It's a chance. Who knows.

Hallie Beth..I am RIGHT where you are today. I am pretty =much unable to function today. I am numb. Catatonic almost. It is too much, and nothing I am doing is woring to help me feel better.
