I just took a shower and put on PJs. I feel a bit better. I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow courtesy of my mom (part of my Xmas present). So that will be nice. (Except all those mirrors!). I'm trying to stay calm with DBT since I don't have any prns or my weighted blanket. The freshly showered feeling is really helping though. I do feel good that I'm actually watching the TV that I just paid a lot for for cable! Watching Pawn Stars. I know it's fake but it's entertaining me right now.

Just in bed. Clean me. Laundry drying. Clean PJs. Brushed teeth, clean sheets on bed..... Physically I feel good.

I'm glad you were able to use coping skills to make you feel better! Hot showers help me a lot when I'm anxious or stressed.
