It's almost been a year now. March 17 will be a year since I've been inpatient. Yeah it may seem like not a big deal to some but it is for me.

2016 gave me new challenges to deal with in my mental health journey but I also learned a lot and found stability. Found is the wrong word though. I earned stability. I had to work my butt off and be vulnerable and get help to get it and work my butt off to keep it too!

I've been in the hospital 11 times since 2012. It's time for my to live. Have a life. I've needed the help but now im finally feeling free. (No I'm not manic!)

I can do this.

Well done!!!! That is great to hear. I know what it is like to count the days and months between hospital stays and to go so long without being IP is amazing. You have obviously been working very hard. I hope this year is your best one yet.
