so I started the day off having a musical helusination and this was playing (and I was dancing to it lol!)

when it hadd gone, I realised i'd actually heard it before somewhere,

looked up the lyrics and...

boom



it is now stuck in my head for the day

I get that a lot. I hear music in my head, when there is no music playing.
I often get carrousel music and sappy 1970s music

They call those "earworms". It's very common and not pathological. Everybody gets tunes stuck in their brains from time to time. Even if it's made up inside their own heads.

If it helps at all, I've had this stuck in my head for about 3 weeks.....



I keep trying to replace it with ANYTHING.....
