Saw Pdoc. She suggested I could still have Medicaid with Medicare so I talked with someone at that office and they said go to social security office and dhs- again! SS office closed half an hour ago. Ugh. I did pick up the Rexulti. I'll start it tonight I guess so I sleep through the side effects. Apparently I'm OK brain wise but she suggested a Fitbit or a program on my phone to get 10k steps in. I think being off Zyprexa will help a lot with weight loss. But it's going to be a long taper off it.

I have a Fitbit because I'm into lots of sports, like biking, running, snowboarding, kayaking, etc.. It's pretty accurate with capturing steps.

If you're on a workout bike, rest your hand on your knee to get steps in. That works for me.

It's also amazingly accurate at capturing your sleep. I don't know how they do it, but I use it to monitor when my mood starts swinging up or down.

I recommend the Fitbit Charge if you're gonna get one. Don't get the cheap Fitbits. Fitbit charge has a screen to let you check your steps, while the cheapo ones don't have screens and you'll have no idea how many steps you've gotten unless you're checking your phone 24/7

Just my $0.02

Thanks for that. I dunno if I'll get a Fitbit or not at the moment. I think the world is telling me I'm too fat.

I had the Rexulti around 1245 pm. So far almost 2 hours later and no side effects at all.

Feeling really drowsy. Was feeling cold but that changed and now I feel sleepy. Kinda bad since I'm not home right now.

I guess I'll give it a few days to see about any side effects. (Hope there are none!)
