Headache since 4 am.
What's your best remedy?

Bipolar 1
Day Vraylar 3 mg. Wellbutrin 150
Night meds Temazepam 30 mg or lorazepam
Hasn't helped yet.

Supposedly lying down with your feet higher than your head helps. I will typically massage my forehead lightly. Sometimes when my wife has a headache I'll massage her feet & that seems to help.

Massaging the neck muscles where they attach to the skull in the back of the head.

Hydration and massage are both excellent suggestions.
Some times coffee helps me with a headache.
