I've been ok mostly but I've had bad thoughts and ideas. I hadn't told a soul. They're increasing. Somehow I told T today. I was scared. I always am.
I told her and we talked about it. She wants me to journal all this so we can track it. I hate this.

Journalling is good! It gives the thoughts a place to live outside of your brain.

I'm scared to tell him. He was my ip dr and I'm scared he will freak if I tel him.
